School Nurses
Parents of Children in Reception
All children in England in Reception and Year Six are offered a growth measurement as part of the National Child Measurement Programme.
The school nursing team are due to visit your Childs school to carry out this growth measurement on Wednesday 28th February.
If you are happy for your child to take part in this screening programme you need do nothing.
If you do not wish for your child to be measured, you must ensure that you contact the school nursing team either via the link or on the number below to discuss your wishes so that we can update your Childs’ record.
Your child will be included in the screening programme unless you advise us otherwise.
We would like all parents/carers to complete a short health questionnaire. The team are able to provide support and advice to ensure any health issues do not impact on your child’s development or learning.
You can access your child’s results, the questionnaire and information by registering on the school screener parent portal via this link:
